Return Window
We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unused, and in its original condition with tags attached.
How to Start a Return
Email us at dlsleathergarments@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the next steps.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
Items damaged through normal wear, misuse, or unauthorized alterations are not eligible for return.
Exchanges
Need a different size? Let us know when you start your return and we'll do our best to arrange an exchange, subject to stock availability.
